I think you mean 'mount it from there' as I do not see any option to 'unlock' it in the File menu. The disk is unmounted and when you try to mount, it says: error 49223. Look in the File menu and try to unlock it from there then do a disk repair. Now the disk doesn't show up in Finder but still in Disk Utility.
